Activities for Kids and Adults

Guided walks with forestry experts from theNational Forest Service

Nature activities and programs focused on forestry and woodworking professions presented by Carnuta, Maison de l’Homme et de la Forêt

Presentation of forestry equipment, quizzes, and activities on pedology (the study of soils) and the impact of climate change on forests by the Conservatoire des Sciences et Techniques Forestières

Storytelling Walks in the Forest by Jean-François Talon at 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 4:30 p.m.

Sports and manual activities in and around the forest

Miscellaneous Land Art workshops with Réginald Roussel, Carnuta, and the National Forest Service

Archery with the CAVL in Montlouis-sur-Loire (ages 8 and up), in the afternoon

Giant wooden giant games with a game master

Field Workshops on identifying forest flora and fauna

Overview of grafting on apple trees and a demonstration of weaning air layering on fig trees by the association “Les chemins d’Abondance”

Exhibitors and dDemonstrations featuring wood

Pony Rides offered by the Anadé Stables: €5 per ride—CASH payment at their booth

Full price: 9 €

Reduced rate: €7 (with valid proof of eligibility): students, residents of Montlouis, job seekers, people with disabilities, seniors 65 and older, and groups of 20 or more

Free for children under 10

Free parking, dogs allowed on leash

During the festival, access to the exhibition “Deyrolle, Anatomy Lessons” is restricted.
